First of all....where was this all of my life?!? I find most self help books to be no use as they are repetitive, not as descriptive as I would like and are just full of common sense things that I already know. This book is none of those things. It touches on such a variety of things and even gives different ways of going about things rather than just the ONE way the author does (like most of these books usually do). I've read several books as I'm going through a hard time after being cheated on and this is THE BEST, hands down! Ellen Ames is a genius and I'm so glad I stumbled across this book! It will forever be in my collection to refer back to!
I just wish that I had this book years ago.the one thing I learned the hard way is the just ask for gevenes and continue to do these affairs.
Loved this short book for its support factor. Written by someone that has been there and has the t shirt. I don't know if my own relationship will last in the long run. If not I know I am worth the change.
